Ziblot Limited Warranty Policy

Welcome to Ziblot’s Limited Warranty Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing Ziblot’s warranty coverage for its products, including ZiWatch, Zipods, and headphones. Please carefully read and understand the information provided below.

Coverage and Exclusions

 Our Limited Warranty covers Ziblot products, including genuine Ziblot products and components (referred to as “Options” and/or “Accessories”), against malfunction due to materials and workmanship defects during normal use. This warranty is applicable within the territorial boundaries of India. We offer a 6-month warranty period for eligible products, providing extended coverage.

Please note that the following are not covered under the warranty:

Service and Technical Support

For repairs or replacements under warranty, Ziblot will use new or factory-refurbished products. Customers can avail of service through Ziblot Service Centers, Authorized Service Partners, or Door-to-Door Pickup service. Technical support may vary based on products.

 

Ziblot reserves the right to modify its service and support programs. Full payment is required for service/support before it’s provided. Repairs/replacements won’t extend the original warranty period.

Limitations and Disclaimers

Ziblot disclaims all warranties except those specified in this policy. Ziblot’s maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount paid by the purchaser for the product. Ziblot is not liable for compensations, damages, or losses resulting from product use. The warranty does not cover transportation costs.

 

Performance/compatibility with other devices/software may vary. Ziblot shall not be liable for replacements/repairs in such cases.

Chargeable Warranty Terms

Products with expired warranties can be repaired/serviced on a chargeable basis. Physical damage voids the warranty. Third-party handling or broken warranty seals also void the warranty. Warranty on repaired parts is limited to the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days from repair.

DOA Warranty Terms

Faulty products within 7 working days (15 days on Ziblot’s official website) of purchase are considered Dead on Arrival (DOA). Claims require returning the product with accessories and original packaging.

Governing Law

Disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 in Haryana, India. That is to say, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India, applies to disputes. Ziblot’s website availability isn’t guaranteed during technical issues.
